Etiquette: Wear modest clothing, ask before taking photos, avoid public affection, respect elders, the right hand is for eating food, the left is considered unclean; greet everyone you meet, don’t speak loudly and don’t point.

Tipping Info: Tipping is expected after safaris, climbs, guided activities, and at tourist accommodations. Recommended safari tipping is $20 per person per day for good service;  $20 for staff/porters per day. Elsewhere 10-15%.
